iWhiteBoard for Employers
iWhiteBoard provides a simple online testing platform to help transcription companies, hospitals, and practices (anyone who employs medical transcriptionists) to evaluate new MT candidates and assess technical aptitude.
Our exams are designed to provide an objective assessment of each MT candidate prior to making the hire. Employers can purchase one of our existing exams in a variety of specialties — or customize your own exam to meet your specific needs.
Exams are divided into two sections:
- Knowledge - consisting of multiple choice, fill in the blank, and true/false. Questions are delivered in a random fashion, results are auto-graded immediately
- Transcription - voice files are delivered in .wma format. Files are randomly delivered with transcription auto-graded.
